Course Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: This course is designed for HR Liaisons with the HR Contact security role. Learn the most efficient way in Workday to update and/or reclassify filled or vacant positions. Learn when to use the Edit Position Restrictions business process (formerly Update Position) and when to use the Reclassification business process. Reclassification is a two-part process using Edit Position Restrictions and Change Job.

Required:
• Statement of Responsibility (SOR) form on file for acceptance into the course
• 11009: HIPAA for Benefits Partners and HR Users (online course in TrainTraq)
• 11012: FERPA (online course in TrainTraq)
