EMPLOYEE & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: The decision making process can be difficult, involved and time consuming. This course examines techniques and models that will assist you in analyzing a decision situation, identifying alternatives and making the most effective decision. This course is open to all Texas A&M employees.
