Course Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: This workshop introduces foundational knowledge and skills of interpersonal communication. Participants receive an overview of the communication process, explore common communication pitfalls, assess their preferred communication style(s), and learn and practice a variety of strategies for improving interpersonal communication in the workplace. This course is open to all Texas A&M employees.
