HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: This course provides supervisors with an overview of the processes connected with job activity and hiring. Topics include preparing position descriptions, properly documenting jobs and postings, and planning for a good hire. This course is team-taught by an HR Classification and Compensation instructor, and an HR Recruitment & Workforce Planning instructor.
