Course Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: All newly benefits-eligible employees are encouraged to attend this basic overview of the comprehensive insurance and retirement benefits package offered by the Texas A&M University System. Topics covered include health insurance, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, longevity, and retirement plans. This session is open to any newly benefits-eligible employee; however, it is recommended to be taken within the first month of employment. Registration is required. This session is taught by an HR Benefits Services instructor.
