Course Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: Supervisors who delegate provide developmental and job enrichment opportunities for their employees while freeing themselves up to focus on other responsibilities.  This workshop uses several learning techniques including scenarios and skill practices to explore effective delegation. Information is provided on "when, how and to whom" to delegate an assignment.

Target Audience: This course is designed for individuals currently in supervisory, management, and team leadership positions.
