EMPLOYEE & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: In this course, you will get an introduction to the essentials of project management in the context of TAC 216. This will include discussions on available tools and resources, as well as a survey of the nine project management knowledge areas (Time, Scope, Communications, Risk, Financial, Resource, Human Resource, Stakeholder and Quality Management). Key concepts in each area will be highlighted, but this is a survey class designed to give a high level overview. This course is taught by a subject matter expert from Texas A&M IT's Project Management Office.
