HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: Having a difficult conversation with a customer, co-worker, supervisor or direct report takes courage. Avoiding these conversations is a short-term solution to what can become a long-term problem. During this workshop, participants will learn advanced communication skills to effectively engage in courageous conversations, with the goal of maintaining respect and reinforcing positive working relationships
