HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: This workshop is intended to provide the participants with knowledge of dual employment, including: what constitutes dual employment; what is required to be submitted to HR; how employing departments must interact with each other; and what the potential ramifications of dual employment are with regard to overtime liability.
