Course Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: This workshop, presented by Recruitment & Workforce Planning, is designed to help Texas A&M University employees effectively deal with the challenges of job interviewing. At Texas A&M University, we are committed to helping motivated employees become good candidates for internal promotion and advancement. Assisting employees to develop essential interviewing skills is one way to achieve this goal. This workshop will help participants develop effective responses to typical job interview questions and will provide discussion on how to project a professional image that makes a good first impression. In addition, interviewing skills and practices will be shared to better prepare participants on how to speak more confidently and better market themselves to potential employers. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in practice interviews. This course is taught by an HR Recruitment & Workforce Planning instructor.
