HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: This course covers the policies, regulations, rules, eligibility and procedures regarding the Texas A&M University System benefits programs and the HR Liaison’s role within the scope of employee benefits. Topics will include insurance eligibility, new employee enrollment, iBenefits, leave without pay, summer appointments and summer premiums, COBRA administration, resources and information, Fellow insurance eligibility, EPA processing impacting benefits, and retirement processing. This course is taught by an HR Benefits Services instructor.
