Course Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: Meetings and events, regardless of size and scope, require a variety of skills and knowledge of resources in order to plan and execute them well. The purpose of this workshop is to provide tools and resources to think through the planning process to identify tasks, timelines, and resources needed to execute successful meetings and events as well as conduct follow up activities. Participants will also learn to create a contingency plan for those unexpected incidents.
