HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS: Understanding your customers and effectively communicating with them are key elements for providing excellent customer service. The purpose of this workshop is to provide information for a better understanding of customers and their needs. Participants will learn valuable ways to communicate with diverse customers and practice responding to various challenging scenarios for the delivery of excellent customer service.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify customer needs, wants and expectations
  • Interpret triggering moments
  • Apply positive communication skills
  • Identify and utilize service recovery techniques
